This page is for people to pay the Hov Scatt over the internet. At the moment this is not going directly to Ivar but through Phillip Brough's PAYPAL account. If you want to confirm this with Ivar then please email him and he will be happy to confirm. Phillip will be providing Ivar with a print out of all of the payments received and details of the transfers to him.
The scatt is normally £12 per year but as paypal charges fees then I have set the cost to £12.60 to cover these and make sure that Ivar gets all of the money. If do only wish to pay the £12 then please use the button marked £12.00.
